I adore those two songs, and I think "Frantic" and "Bitter Moon" are two of Polanskis best works.

"Frantic" ows so much to the Cinema du Look, and appears at the same time as an old-school Hitchcock film, if Hitch had continued to make movies into the 80s. I think much of why those two films are usually disregarded has to do with the visual sensibilities of the 80s.
